Applications can be downloaded from this website (bottom of page) or requested by mail or email from the JG Office (310) 457-5775 or leojgs@parks.ca.gov.

Applicants new to the program should bring signed (4) page application for each program (Discipline Agreement included) along with check for tuition plus separate check for Bus Pass to Tryout, DO NOT MAIL.

Returning Junior Guards should mail signed (4) page application for each program (Discipline Agreement included) along with check for tuition plus separate check for Bus Pass to:

Please include an email address in space provided on application for updates and better program communication, I promise not to sell it or give it out!
